VLCC Pediglow Foot Care Kit – A promise for beautiful feet
Given the conditions of our country’s weather and atmosphere, beautiful glowing and soft feet- does not come naturally (unless your feet haven’t tried walking down our roads). Let’s admit it, just as much as having a beautiful glowing skin is important, so goes the rule for the feet and hair and everything else that a lady finds the need to pamper. And thus, enters the need for pedicures to maintain well-kept feet- clean, tan-free, glowing, smooth heels, filed nails. What a relief it is to have relaxed feet after a tiring day! This is exactly what I found with VLCC Pediglow Foot Care Kit. I would say, worth the purchase!
Just the way grooming the hair regularly does more benefit to the hair (other than the ‘I feel good’ factor), feet that are kept clean and groomed is equally important to foot health apart from pleasing appearance. Filed and polished nails and crack free beautiful heels, offer so much benefit to your overworked feet’s health. Parlour pedicure sessions seem to take it all away magically, don’t they? And, that is true and false at the same time. A good foot spa done at home provides the exact benefits of a pedicure done at a parlour. I found the same effects of a parlour pedicure within this blessed VLCC Pediglow Foot Care Kit!
The VLCC Pediglow Foot Care Kit contains 4 products:
- Pediglow Foot Cleanser with Soapnut and Margosa
- Pediglow Foot Scrub with Walnut and Lemongrass
- Pediglow Foot Cream with Cocoa Butter and Orange Oil
- Pediglow Foot Spray with Patchouli Oil and Liquorices
Step 1: Cleanse
Take a small tub of warm water and add 3-4 spoons full of the Pediglow Cleanser. It is soapy in consistency and lathers. Start off with scrubbing your feet using a pumice stone or any other scrubber that you prefer. I use a pumice stone along with this cleanser to scrub my heels and clean my cuticles (I also file my nails while doing this), to take off the accumulated dirt. Firstly, the aroma of Lemongrass, Shikakai, Margosa and other extracts is amazing! Plus, the cleanser certainly does a brilliant job at leaving the feet soft and smooth from the warm water soak and active ingredients. The instructions ask you to wipe off with a hot towel when done, but I just use a damp clean cotton cloth to wipe off, though.
Step 2: Scrub
Love this! A coin size amount of the scrub is sufficient to cover one foot. I massage the scrub well for about 5-10 minutes on both feet, concentrating on the heels, ankles, toes and other rough patches. The Walnut shell powder gives the required deep scrubbing action that a foot’s skin needs. The other ingredients that I like about this Pediglow Scrub are the Salicylic Acid and Fenugreek. They help to wade off foot infections and offer a cooling effect to the feet respectively. Once I’m done after a blissful 10 minutes, I wipe off with a damp cloth.
Step 3: Massage
Warning- You may tend to lose track of time here, especially if someone else is giving you the massage. Pediglow Foot Cream is just out of the world! Nothing like any other pedicure I’ve gotten from a parlour so far. The cream glides like magic absorbs into the skin, and smells like ‘I just don’t want to stop’. The Cocoa Butter, Margosa, Olive Oil and Orange Oil have turned my feet supple, smooth and much lighter in complexion (after the first few usages itself!). A little amount of the cream goes a long way, so do not hesitate to massage a laborious amount of this cream into your tired heels and cuticles. It does remove mild tanning and makes the soles supple. And the effects, well you will rave about them after you’ve tried yourself.
Step 4: Moisturize
Usually, pedicures end with a moisturizing cream but VLCC offers a finish off Pediglow Foot Spray. With Patchouli Oil, Lemongrass Oil, and Glycerin content, this spray not just leaves your feet smelling pleasant and light, but also adds a neat squeaky clean touch and glow. After the abundant wonderful time with the former products, the final foot spray elevates the effect and experience.
Overall thoughts on VLCC Pediglow Foot Care Kit:
- The packaging of all the products is done brilliantly.
- Travel-friendly, even if you want to carry just one of the products alone.
- A little amount goes a long way.
- Twice or thrice a month is good enough to start noticing the results.
- Worth the price.
- Lives up to each one of its claims!
Always remember, the effects of any product will last only as long as you dedicate time to them. With regular usage and foot care, the VLCC Pediglow Foot Care Kit is a smart purchase to stick to. Aftercare is definitely important. If you have the need for long walks under the sun, I would suggest sunscreen and footwear that keep your feet covered. Just follow the rules and you will notice, this product does not disappoint.
