Inventory Policy – Organic products which are created sans chemicals and harmful preservatives have a relatively lower shelf life. This is why we do not store a lot of inventory and create products as and when orders are placed with us. So, a minimum time of 3 business days is required for us to prepare your shipment after order confirmation. This is done to ensure all our clients get the best and freshest of products possible.
Purchase Policy – Our products can be purchased from Instagram and Facebook for now. But we will be available soon across e-commerce platforms.
Payment policy – We accept payments through online bank transfers and Paytm. Orders are confirmed once the full payment has been received.
Shipping Policy – Shipping is free on all orders valued at INR 800 and above. The customer will have to pay a flatrate of INR 49 on order values 799 or below.
Returns and Exchange Policy – We exercise a strict No Returns No Refunds Policy. However Products can be exchanged if they are found broken or damaged on arrival in which case the client has to ship the products back to us within two days of delivery. The shipping cost will be borne by us. Once we receive the damaged products, we will dispatch the fresh products within 4 business days at no extra shipping costs.
